The ‘Captain’s Suite’ is the most luxurious room in the house. It boasts an incredibly comfortable super king bed, for an amazing nights sleep. There is a large en-suite bathroom with a waterfall shower. In the suite, you’ll find a dressing area too. And if you look out your window, you’ll find incredible views of the estuary. So, sit back and relax.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of places to sit and relax, what more could you want? The king-sized bed is the perfect spot for a great night’s sleep. There is plenty of natural light in the room, keeping it bright and airy.

Need a cwtch? The dreamy double bed is all you need for a magnificent night’s sleep. The room has a very luxurious and cosy feel to it, thanks to the rich colours and textures. The great window allows you to take in the immense and idyllic estuary views. Utter bliss!

Visiting with your children? We have the perfect room for them! With plenty of space and comfy beds, there are even some snuggly bunk beds. The room also has plenty of space to play and get rid of that energy before bedtime. As well as that, you’ll find plenty of cupboard space to get the toys and clothes out of the way.

The theme of elegance throughout the holiday cottage continues with the family bathroom. This contains a stylish freestanding bath, and rain shower system, with an en-suite shower in the Captain’s Suite and a shower room on the ground level. All bathrooms contain underfloor heating to add to your comfort levels during your stay. Included in the price of your stay, we include hotel-quality linen and towels.

Sherwood House has been carefully designed throughout, integrating top-quality appliances and finishes to offer luxury and comfort. The kitchen has all the facilities you could possibly desire, including an induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine and a large breakfast bar looking out towards the Estuary. The dining area is truly magnificent with dual aspect bi-folding doors that open out onto the deck area, where with a drink in hand, you can watch the boats sail past.

That’s not all though, an outdoor BBQ and Pizza Oven provide you with the means to entertain and dine al fresco.

Inside there is also a playroom/study separate from the main lounge if you need to take a break from the kids or to catch up with work (with a monitor for you to plug in your own games console). The comfortable lounge has a large TV and DVD player, as well as super-fast Wi-Fi internet throughout the house.
