To ensure your safety during your holiday we have completed a full Covid-19 risk assessment and achieved accreditation by Good to Go (Visit Wales) and the COVID confident (AA) for our operational and cleaning protocols.
Below is a bit more information about some changes we have put in place to improve your stay with us and minimise any worries!
Booking: New ‘MasterCare Cancellation’
All bookings made from June 1st where the stay commences after August 1st are automatically covered for cancellation between 60-2 days prior your arrival date. This is a new very comprehensive policy that covers Covid-19 related changes so you can have peace of mind that in the event of any change in circumstances you can cancel up to 48 hours before your holiday – no problem. Please see our terms and conditions for more information about this new benefit.
We will be in contact with you before your arrival date to make sure everything is ready for you and you are well and able to visit us as planned.
We have also designed a new ‘Touch Stay’ Welcome app that you can download prior your stay which contains everything you need to know about the property and the local area – this is a new ‘contactless’ version of our welcome guide.
We will also confirm whether you would prefer us to meet you on arrival, (following social distancing guidelines), or be welcomed virtually.
We have significantly increased the change-overtime so that we can consistently complete all of our new processes.
We check the health of our cleaning teams before they enter the property, they are provided with the appropriate level of PPE to minimise any risk of transmission during the cleaning process. To complete the house clean we are using 70%+ alcohol based products and disinfectants specifically recommended for killing viruses.
We have increased our already stringent cleaning procedures to include a full deep clean of floors, surfaces and fabrics followed by extra disinfection of door handles and regularly used touch points.
We provide clean linen, towels, bedding protectors (all washed at high temperatures) and we rotate our pillows, duvets sets and cushions. Apologies but we have had to permanently remove some of the usual decorative pillows, throws and difficult to clean ornaments but the house still looks lovely!
On arrival you will see an external wall mounted hand sanitizer (70% alcohol), by the entrance door and also by the outdoor kitchen. We will also leave each guest a self-protection pack containing a mask, gloves and wipe. We provide liquid soaps by all sink areas and leave a range of cleaning products and new cleaning materials for your use during your stay.
